Food Explorers: Gnocchi

Join Food Explorers to learn how to make Sweet Potato Gnocchi in this Zoom class and your dish will be ready to eat by dinner. Registered Dietitian, Megan, of Food Explorers will walk you through the steps to make your own gnocchi. Please be sure to ask any food and nutrition related questions you may have! This recipe can be adjusted to accommodate any dairy or gluten allergies.

You will need to supply the following ingredients:
1 LB sweet potatoes
Regular or GF flour
Optional Parmesan and Ricotta cheese.
This recipe also pairs wonderfully with a brown butter sauce, so if you’d like to join in making this, you’ll need butter and heavy cream OR milk.
