Wednesday, January 11 at 7:00 p.m: Chiropractic Medicine. Dr. Trevor Sykes of Sykes Family Chiropractic in Durham will discuss the theory and practice of chiropractic medicine and how patients can achieve optimal health through chiropractic care, nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
Wednesday, January 18 at 7:00 p.m: Move to Joy! Help yourself release stress and function better in your own body — any time and anywhere. Katy Wakeman Forline is a Certified Level 1 Yoga Tune Up® Instructor, Roll Model Method® Instructor and licensed Massage Therapist.
Wednesday, January 25 at 7:00 p.m: Naturopathic Wellness. Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care profession, emphasizing prevention, treatment, and optimal health through the use of therapeutic methods and substances that encourage individuals’ inherent self-healing process. Dr. Jason M Belejack, Naturopathic Physician, and his wife Kristy, a Certified Green Living Consultant, own and operate Durham Naturopathic Health and Wellness Center, which provides specialty naturopathic medical care.
