LIVE WELL WORKSHOPS: Tuesdays starting April 5th through May 10th, 10-12:30pm
Live Well is a FREE six-week workshop for adults with long-term health conditions who want to learn better ways of dealing with pain, fatigue, difficult emotions, anxiety and stress. Participants can learn easy exercises to help improve or maintain strength and energy; better nutrition; and appropriate use of medications.
